ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT senior Michael Glynn III was named the 2025 SUNYAC Wrestling Scholar Athlete of the Year announced by the conference, Friday April 11.
Glynn finished eighth at 2025 NCAA Championships to earn All-American honors. The mechanical engineering major was a 2025 NWCA Scholar All-American. He was the SUNYAC Wrestler of the Week (Jan. 27) and the RIT Athlete of the Week (Jan. 28). Glynn placed first at D. Kenneth Ober Invitational and finished second at RIT Invitational. He is the ninth wrestler in program history to win 100 career matches finishing with a 100-35-0 career record.
