DiMarco and Rose earn All-America honors at NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Junior Emily DiMarco and sophomore Sadie Rose both won All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

DiMarco started the championship with a 10th-place finish in the discus on Thursday with a 146' 6"/44.66m effort to earn second-team All-American honors. 

Rose later posted the fifth-fastest time in the 200 prelims, lowering her own program record with a 24.11 clocking to advance to Saturday's final.

On Friday, Rose also ran the fifth-fastest time in 400 prelims, moving on to Saturday's final with a 55.44 time. 

Rose finished eighth in Saturday's 400 final with a 56.60 performance. After a lengthy lightning delay, she returned to the track to place third in the 200 final, crossing the finish line in 24.12 seconds to earn her second first-team All-America honor of the day.
