Men's Soccer ties Union, 0-0
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT sophomore goalie Kristian Dobbek made two saves in the Tigers 0-0 tie against Union, Saturday.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Senior midfielder Gabriel Zaninetti had a shot from 25 yards out tipped over the cross bar by Union keeper Jacob Perry in the eight minute.
- Dobbek saved a shot from Kofi Sarfoh in the 21st minute. The rebound dropped for Lucas Montalto who's shot from the six-yard box was saved off the line by a Tigers defender.
- Sophomore defender Adrian Sobczak's free kick from 25 yards in the 74th minute just missed the low-left corner.
 
GAME NOTES:
- Union outshot RIT, 9-5.
- RIT had five corner kicks to four for the Garnet Chargers.
 
WHAT'S NEXT:
RIT returns to action on Saturday (Oct. 18) at St. Lawrence at 1:00 p.m.
