Men's Tennis beats St. Lawrence, 5-2
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The RIT men's tennis team defeated St. Lawrence 5-2 in Liberty League action, Saturday.
DOUBLES:
- Seniors Grahith Movva and Christian Berko defeated Edvin Strandberg and John Hill-Edgar 6-4 at first doubles.
- First years Yu Tanimoto and Alexander Sinclair secured the doubles point with a 7-5 win over Sebastian Boada and Willem Naughton 7-5 at third doubles
SINGLES:
- Tanimoto beat Strandberg 6-4, 6-2 at first singles and Movva was a 6-4, 7-5 winner over Broderick Pinto at second singles
- Junior Gabriel Escobar beat Jake David 6-2, 6-3 at fourth singles and Sinclair was a 6-4, 6-1 winner over Aiden Baracao 6-4, 6-1 at fifth singles
