Bellina named AHA Goaltender of the Week

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - RIT junior Sophia Bellina was named the Atlantic Hockey Women's Goaltender of the Week, Monday. 

• Bellina made a season-high 40 saves to preserve the Tigers' 2-2 tie against No. 6 St. Lawrence, Saturday.
• Trailing, 2-1, after the second period, Bellina totaled 15 saves in the third as the Tigers came back to tie the game. She also made four saves in overtime.
• Bellina logged her sixth career game with at least 40 saves and first this season in five starts. 

RIT kicks off Atlantic Hockey play this weekend, hosting Robert Morris on Friday (6:00 p.m.) and Saturday (3:00 p.m.)
