ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Two RIT student-athletes were named to the 2025 All-Atlantic Hockey America Team announced by the league Wednesday, Feb. 26. Sophomore defender Emma Pickering was a First Team selection, while first year forward Brac Kelley was named to the All-Rookie Team.
Pickering has played in 35 games and is fifth on the team in scoring with 22 points on a team-high 11 goals and 11 assists. Pickering, the AHA Defender for the month of December, is first in the AHA with eight power play goals, ninth in goals (11) and tenth in goals per game (0.31) and blocked shots (65). A four-time AHA Defender of the Week, Pickering is tied for fifth in Division I with eight power play goals.
Kelley has played in 35 games and is third on the team with 24 points on nine goals and 15 assists. The AHA Rookie of the Week on Oct. 14, Kelley is fifth in face-off winning percentage (56/1%) and 11th in assists (15). She had a season-high three points on a goal and an assist against No. 8 Colgate (Oct. 12) and had two assists in a win at Lindenwood (Feb.).
RIT plays at Penn State in the CHA Semifinal best-of-three series Friday-Sunday (Feb. 18-March 2).
