ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT graduate student Amelia Gilbert received an at-large invite to the NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Championships, announced Sunday.
Gilbert earned the invite based on her 16th place finish out of 145 runners at Saturday's NCAA Division III Niagara Region Championships.
The top-seven finishers not on a team qualifier were invited to run for a national championship next Saturday (Nov. 18) at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pennsylvania.
Saturday's women's race is scheduled for an 12:00 p.m. start. Check back later this week for links to follow Gilbert live during the race.
