Excellus BCBS will be hosting weekly virtual information sessions to share more information about our Summer 2025 Internship Program. These sessions are open to all current college students who are eager to learn more about our company and these exciting opportunities. These sessions will occur every Thursday starting on 9/19/24 and run through 10/17/24 and take place at 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Don't miss out on this chance to gain valuable insights. Plastic People Screening and Panel Discussion
The ground-breaking feature documentary Plastic People investigates our addiction to plastic and the growing threat of microplastics on human health. Almost every bit of plastic ever made breaks down into “microplastics.” These microscopic particles drift in the air, float in all bodies of water, and mix into the soil, becoming a permanent part of the environment.

New York State Nanotechnology Network (NNN) Symposium
RIT will host the New York State Nanotechnology Network (NNN) Symposium geared toward connecting NYS undergraduate and graduate students with NYS industry partners for the purpose of learning about and discussing "Growing the Semiconductor Workforce." The day will include a morning session with student, government, and industry talks, and an afternoon Poster Session & Career Fair!

Bridging Narratives: Women Writers in Prison
The Future Faculty Career Exploration Program is a four-day initiative designed to give individuals a behind-the-scenes look at life as a faculty member at RIT. COLA’s participant, Mayssa Hashaad, will have the opportunity to engage with COLA’s administration, faculty, and students during her visit. Mayssa will also present a research talk, Bridging Narratives: Women Writers in Prison.
