We'll begin with decorate-your-own donuts and a framing activity, followed by distribution of an overview hand-out of KGCOE-specific academic resources and tips for handling an engineering course load. We'll then learn about the many resources available through the Academic Success Center, from tutoring centers to toolkits, and then put pen to paper for a To Do List Activity designed to get organized and reduce stress. Finally, Kim Browne from L3 Harris will empower you with tried and true strategies for handling the stress that comes with engineering. Don't miss this one!
