Women's Volleyball defeats Keystone, 3-1, and host Lancaster Bible, 3-2

LANCASTER, Pa. – The RIT Women's Volleyball team swept a pair of road matches, Saturday, defeating Keystone, 3-1 (23-25, 25-7, 25-12, 25-14), and host Lancaster Bible, 3-2 (25-18, 23-25, 11-25, 25-21, 15-12).
 
RIT 3, Keystone 1 (23-25, 25-7, 25-12, 25-14)

• Graduate student libero Hailey Blixt was credited with 18 digs and a career-high 11 service aces – one short of the single-match program record 12 compiled by Christy Palma in a 3-2 win versus Goucher on Oct. 10, 1995.
• Sophomore outside hitter Mia Gerber compiled a match-high 12 kills to go along with seven digs.
• Graduate student setter Sydney Neff totaled 28 assists and eight digs.
• Senior outside hitter Catherine Vento added eight kills and a match-high seven blocks (six assisted). 

RIT 3, Lancaster Bible 2 (25-18, 23-25, 11-25, 25-21, 15-12)

• Sophomore outside hitter Macie Jolliffe totaled a team-high 17 kills to go along with 16 digs.
• Blixt logged 23 digs for her seventh match of the season with at least 20 digs and also served five aces.
• Senior outside hitter Samantha Cox added 11 kills
• Neff totaled 40 assists and 10 digs while tacking on five kills.
