Scheib earns CSC Academic All-America® honors

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Graduate student Drew Scheib has been named to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators Academic All-America® Third Team, announced Wednesday.
 
After placing first in seven events at the Liberty League Championships, Scheib qualified and competed in three individual and four relay events at the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships, earning First Team All-American in the 200 Free relay and Second Team All-American in the 100 Fly, 200 and 400 Medley relays. Scheib was named the Liberty League Championship Men's Swimmer of the Meet as well as being named Liberty League Swimmer of the Week four times this past season.   

In the classroom, Scheib holds a 3.98 cumulative grade point average and is majoring in Chemical Engineering.

The 2024-25 Academic All-America® Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
