Men's Soccer wins 3-2 at Keene State

KEENE, N.H. – RIT first-year defender Adrian Sobczak scored the game-winner to lead the Tigers to a 3-2 win at Keene State, Saturday.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Junior defender Daniel Gebura scored in the fourth minute off an assist from senior midfielder John Lucas to give RIT the lead
  • Lucas tallied a goal in the eighth minute off an assist from junior forward Jake Donahue to give the Tigers a 2-0 lead
  • Sobczak scored in the tenth minute to increase the RIT lead to 3-0
  • Keene State's Caleb Harmon scored in the 18th minute to cut the Tiger's lead to 3-1 and Cristian Correa scored in the 85th minute to make it a 3-2 final

 
GAME NOTES

  • RIT outshot Keene State 22-5, including seven shots on net
  • Senior goalie Jason Trapp made two saves in net to earn the win for the Tigers
  • The Tigers had four corner kicks to none for the Owls
