ROCHESTER, NY – RIT senior guard Emma Waite was a 2024 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selection, announced on March 26.
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 16.
A 2023 CSC Academic All-District selection, Waite holds a 3.5 grade-point average in biomedical science. The three-time Liberty League All-Academic selection Waite was a 2024 Second Team All-Liberty League selection.
Waite led the Liberty League averaging 4.3 assists per game and was ninth in the league averaging 12.4 points per contest. She scored a program-record 40 points against Bard and finished her career 13th all-time in scoring (953 pts.) and tied for seventh in career assists (272).
