PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The RIT men's rowing team opened the fall schedule by taking part in the Head of the Ohio regatta, Saturday.
The Tigers' top Collegiate/Open 2- team of seniors Nicholas Staley and Nick Ricotta placed third with a time of 15:27.506.
In the Collegiate/Open 4x, the RIT team of Liam Holman, Gavin McIlvaine, Taonga Pumulo, and Joey Lazarus placed first in the event with a 15:09.980 clocking.
The boat of David Griffith, Bryce Edge, Tom Kirkham, Cole DiManno, and coxswain Evelyn Wheel took 14th overall in the Collegiate/Open 4+ with a time of 15:12.065.
