A name is a world onto itself. It holds our history, our identity, our impression and our heritage. In this workshop, let's ditch the sticker and instead learn to handstitch an everlasting “HELLO My Name Is” patch to be worn at community events, meetings, or anywhere you’d like to initiate a conversation and offer a friendly introduction. The workshop introduces participants to the running and back stitches, and assumes no prior stitching experience, although more advanced stitchers would enjoy the experience as well.

Ready to unwind? Come and hang out with your fellow Greeks for an ice cream social and game night. We will provide some board games, but please feel free to bring any games you'd like! Non-dairy ice cream options will also be provided.

MFA candidates from the Schools of Art and American Crafts are presenting their thesis work in various media in Bevier Gallery. An opening is set for 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 3. The exhibition will remain on view through April 19.
