Goat Yoga with Goat Yoga of New York!

    There are three things we know are good for mental health: moving your body, connecting with nature and animals, and laughing (the big, whole-belly kind). With goat yoga, you can do all three at the same time! Join us a for a 30 minute yoga class with some adorable goat friends as we round out this Spring semester.
